Job Summary
We are seeking a product-minded Junior Full-Stack Product Developer who is passionate about taking ownership of end-to-end feature development. This role goes beyond writing code from fixed instructions; you will be expected to analyze business requirements, architect technical approaches, and build robust software from the frontend to the backend.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong command of Nuxt.js / Vue.js for the frontend, and is highly comfortable working across both PHP (Laravel) and Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) for backend operations. Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Engineering: Build modern, responsive web applications utilizing Nuxt.js, Vue.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Backend & API Development: Develop backend systems and design secure REST APIs using PHP / Laravel and Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
- Database Architecture: Design, maintain, and optimize database structures using MongoDB (primary), as well as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- System Integration: Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs including WhatsApp Business, payment gateways, OCR tools, CRM platforms, Shopify, and LLM/AI integrations.
- Automation & Workflows: Build webhook flows, background jobs, cron jobs, and implement AI-related data processing workflows.
- Infrastructure & Deployment: Deploy and maintain applications on VPS, Docker-based environments, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Quality Assurance: Test your own work thoroughly, debug complex issues independently, and write clean, maintainable code utilizing proper Git workflows.
- Technical Strategy: Translate incomplete business requirements into clear technical tasks, flag risks early, and proactively suggest optimal technical solutions.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional full-stack development experience. Note: We are open to candidates with slightly less experience if they can demonstrate exceptional practical ability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Frontend Mastery: Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and frontend styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
- Backend Proficiency: Proven, hands-on experience across both PHP (Laravel) and Python (FastAPI preferred).
- Database Skills: Extensive experience with MongoDB (clean collections, indexes, query structures) and relational SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
- API & Security: Demonstrated ability to read third-party API documentation independently, design secure APIs, and implement user authentication and role-based access control.
- DevOps Knowledge: Foundational deployment knowledge using Docker, VPS, cloud hosting, environment variables, and server logs.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply, coupled with a proactive, independent problem-solving mindset.
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, IAM, Firebase).
- Familiarity with WordPress customization, WooCommerce, or Shopify APIs.
- Experience building MVPs, admin dashboards, SaaS products, or utilizing AI coding/productivity tools.
