Biks.AI builds AI agents for business operations. We work with SMEs across Indonesia and Singapore — turning messy manual workflows into agents that actually run in production. Our founders built and sold an AI company in Europe and have consulted on 100+ tech projects across Jakarta and Singapore.
About the role
A Forward Deployed Engineer sits between our product and our clients. You'll join client engagement, understand what they actually need, build the solution, and make sure it works in production — not just in a demo.
What you'll do
- Build AI agents that solve real client problems, end to end
- Prototype fast, then harden what works into production
- Join founders on client engagement and turn what you hear into working software
- Support senior engineers on delivery — integrations, debugging, deployment
What we're looking for
- Full stack basics: JavaScript/TypeScript with React or Next.js, plus Python or Node.js
- Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and SQL
- Hands-on about LLMs and AI agents: you've built something with Codex/ claude/ cursor, etc until production
- Git, and willingness to learn deployment (Docker, Linux VPS)
- Conversational English
- Computer Science or related field. Fresh graduates welcome.

- Experience with agent frameworks (OpenClaw, Hermes, or similar)
