We are looking for a Junior Finance Officer to join our growing team!
This role fits candidates with an accounting background who want to develop their skills and gain practical experience in finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily finance and accounting activities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation
- Support Accounts Payable processes
- Perform data entry, transaction verification, and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing tasks and supporting schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on financial matters
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Female, 22-28 years old
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Experience using Xero accounting software is an advantage
