Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Equivalent
- Minimum 6 month - 1 year working experience as Accounting Staff
- Understand the basics of taxation, preparation of financial statement.
- Understand and be able to operate Accounting Software
- Should be able to speak and write English language.
- Should have good knowledge of MS Office Programs
- Should be hardworking, creative and possess good interpersonal & communication skills
- Understand and make financial reports accurately, on time and understand COGS
Job Description :
- Prepare daily, weekly, Monthly financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance.
- Controlling and managing the Purchase of Raw Materials
- Check bills and make recaps and ensure payment
- Checking transaction data input correctly
- Sales Reconciliation and daily income
- Inventory management and Month end stock taking
- Basic Administration
- Can work with team / individual
- Able to work under pressure and prolonged working hours
