Deskripsi pekerjaan Junior Finance Accounting Tax Staff PT Growinc Teknologi Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank, accurately and completely.
- Perform monthly accounting closing activities and assist in the preparation of monthly internal financial reports.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable aging, perform reconciliation, and follow up outstanding/overdue receivables with relevant parties.
- Process Accounts Payable transactions, including verification of invoices and supporting documents, and ensure timely processing.
- Perform cash and bank reconciliation and follow up unidentified or outstanding transactions.
- Assist in budgeting activities and monitor budget realization against approved budget.
- Prepare tax-related data, reconciliation, and supporting documents for monthly tax compliance and reporting.
- Maintain proper filing, organization, and completeness of financial and tax documents in accordance with company policy.
- Provide financial data and supporting documents for internal and external audit and follow up required documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external parties regarding financial data, transactions, documentation, and clarification of financial matters.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum DS1 in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or a related position.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, reconciliation, monthly closing, and financial reporting.
- Basic knowledge of taxation and budget monitoring.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software/ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, integrity, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong ability to meet deadlines.
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic to intermediate English.
- Willing to be placed and work on-site in Gading Serpong, Tangerang, Banten.
