Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s financial records, including bookkeeping, reporting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and update the company on any new rules or changes.
- Handle tax filing, reconciliation, and audits (PPH 21, PPH 23, PPH 25, VAT, etc.).
- Oversee financial transactions, including invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Create budgets, manage cash flow, and monitor expenditures.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all financial records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance and taxation, preferably in tech or a fast-paced industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (Odoo knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent communication and fluency in English.
