Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, digital project coordination, web operations, digital analytics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HTML and web technologies.
- Working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets, including intermediate to advanced formulas.
- Basic understanding of digital analytics, preferably Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with website implementation, tracking, and data.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate technical issues to developers or technology teams.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Google Analytics, or other web analytics platforms.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, APIs, CMS, DNS, hosting, or web development workflows.
- Experience coordinating with web developers, agencies, IT, or technology teams.
- Experience working on microsites, landing pages, campaign websites, or digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with tagging, tracking parameters, data layers, or analytics implementation.
- Experience with digital campaign tracking and UTM/campaign taxonomy.
- Familiarity with browser Developer Tools or basic website debugging.
- Experience in an agency, media, entertainment, technology, or digital marketing environment is a plus.
