Job Description:
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to support banking data integration and reporting requirements.
- Develop and manage ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Create, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Develop and maintain operational and analytical reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading from multiple banking data sources.
- Utilize Python for data processing, automation, data manipulation, and ETL-related tasks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline execution to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
- Perform data quality checks and investigate data discrepancies across different banking systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, application developers, database administrators, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation related to ETL workflows, data mappings, database structures, and reporting processes.
- Ensure data processing activities comply with banking data governance, security policies, and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or a related data-focused role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server for database development and management.
- Good understanding of SQL queries, including joins, subqueries, stored procedures, views, and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL development and data integration.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for report development and management.
- Good understanding of Python for data processing, automation, and scripting.
- Understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data integration processes.
- Knowledge of data cleansing, data validation, and data quality management.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in banking or financial services projects is an advantage.
- Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO) in Sudirman, Jakarta.
