At BOEMI BOTANICAL, we're looking for passionate professionals who are ready to grow their careers as Junior Creative Design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create engaging layouts, graphics, and visual assets for digital, print, create product design and social media.
- Assist in developing presentation decks, brand collateral, and preliminary design drafts or prototypes.
- Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to established brand guidelines across various mediums.
- Support senior creatives, copywriters, and marketing teams in brainstorming sessions and campaign execution.
- Incorporate feedback, revise designs, and perform production-ready file preparation for print or web.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, digital tools, and aesthetic innovations.
Requirements :
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or an equivalent creative field.
- Strong working knowledge of standard industry software, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).Canva, or basic motion design is highly preferred.
- A robust digital portfolio showcasing a foundation in typography, color theory, layout, and creative problem-solving.
- 1 years of relevant experience or completed creative internships.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational time-management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to confidently pitch ideas, clearly articulate design choices, and receive constructive criticism positively.
Working Day : Monday - Friday
