Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S.H.).
- Min 2 years of experience in a consulting firm, law firm, or notary office, handling corporate or licensing matters.
- Working knowledge of UU PT, OSS-RBA, KBLI, and the Positive Investment List.
- Hands-on experience with the OSS and AHU Online systems (preferred).
- Good written and spoken English, able to draft correspondence and explain processes to foreign clients.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle several client files at the same time.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Experience with document templates or mail merge is a plus.
- Placement: BALI.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team and under tight deadlines.
- Able to work in a multitasking and challenging environment.
- Capable of working independently and in a team.

Job Responsibilities:
To support the Corporate Services team in delivering company establishment, corporate maintenance, and regulatory compliance services to clients (mainly PT PMA and PT PMDN), making sure corporate documents and filings are accurate, complete, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Company Establishment & Changes
Prepare and review documents for company establishment (PT PMA, PT PMDN), including deed drafts, shareholder data, and capital structure, and coordinate with notaries.
Handle OSS-RBA processes: NIB issuance, KBLI selection and checks, and business licensing according to risk level.
Process amendments to articles of association: changes of shareholders, directors/commissioners, capital, address, and business activities, including approvals or notifications through AHU.
Corporate Maintenance & Governance
Draft circular resolutions, annual GMS (RUPS Tahunan) resolutions, powers of attorney, and other corporate documents.
Maintain the client entity register (shareholders, directors, commissioners, deeds, licenses) and keep it current.
Monitor compliance deadlines (e.g. LKPM reporting, license validity, annual approvals) and notify clients before they are due.
Client & Internal Coordination
Act as a day-to-day contact for clients on document requests and status updates.
Coordinate with the Tax, Accounting, Immigration, and HR teams on cross-department matters (e.g. KITAS sponsorship tied to a director position).
Keep document filing and case tracking organized in the internal system
