Job Description for Junior Civil Engineer


Main Responsibilities:

1. Visit construction sites regularly and monitor work progress
2. Support quality control and daily site coordination
3. Read, understand, and adjust technical drawings and plans
4. Communicate with contractors, architects, suppliers, and on-site teams
5. Assist with project coordination between owners and construction teams
6. Help organize and follow up on daily operational tasks
7. Provide structured reporting 2x per week
8. Attend regular meetings on-site and in the office
9. Support management in reducing daily workload and improving communication flow

Qualifications:

1. Minimum education: Vocational School / Diploma / Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related field
2. Good understanding of construction processes and technical drawings
3. Ability to read and make simple revisions to technical drawings
4. Good English communication skills
5. Organized, responsible, and proactive mindset
6. Willingness to learn and grow within the company
7. Comfortable working both on-site and in an office environment
8. Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site
9. Indonesian driving license (SIM A or SIM C) is a plus
10. Previous experience in construction is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
