What You'll Be Doing:
Supervise Daily Security Operations, Conduct Regular Patrols and Inspections, Manage Incident Response and Reporting, Coordinate Security Staff Scheduling and Performance, Ensure Guest Safety and Asset Protection, Coordinate with Banjar leaders, negotiate community requests effectively, and minimize unnecessary company expenditures.
What We're Looking For
- More than 1 years of experience in the same position as Supervisor Security, Junior Chief, or Senior Chief
- Minimum education SMA/SMK
- Good skills in communication
- Having a Gada Pratama/Madya certification and an active KTA is an added value
- Being able to communicate in English is a plus and can be considerrance certificate
- Able to join immediately
