Junior Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Development team in daily business development and client servicing activities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient client service.
- Maintain and update client databases, business records, and related documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, meeting materials, and business correspondence.
- Support client meetings, business visits, and other business development activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Insurance, Economics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in insurance, brokerage, reinsurance, or financial services is an advantage.
