PT Miliki Rumah Indonesia (MilikiRumah) is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated, commercially driven, and tech-savvy Business Development (BD) Junior Manager to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in B2B Sales, SaaS, AI-powered solutions, and strategic business partnerships.
📌 What You'll Do:
• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with property developers and business partners.
• Support end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closing.
• Present SaaS and digital solutions to prospective clients.
• Build strong business relationships and support partner onboarding.
• Monitor market trends, sales pipelines, and commercial performance.
🎯 Who We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
✅ Strong interest in B2B Sales, Business Development, SaaS, and AI-powered technology.
✅ Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
✅ Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Self-driven, proactive, resilient, and target-oriented.
✅ Own a personal laptop and vehicle for business activities.
