- Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications and project documentation.
- Bridge Communication: Act as the primary liaison between IT, product management, and operational teams to ensure full alignment on product goals.
- Scope & Impact Management: Define development scopes and conduct impact analysis to assess how new features or changes affect the existing system.
- Quality Assurance: Design comprehensive test scenarios and execute functional testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Perform hands-on analysis of technical issues, providing solutions or escalating to management as necessary.
- Project Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate project documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
