- Conduct requirement gathering with clients to understand business processes, needs, and pain points.
- Analyze business workflows and translate them into clear ERP functional requirements.
- Create and maintain URD, BRD, functional specifications, process flows, and other related documents.
- Review and verify requirement documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Act as the bridge between clients/stakeholders and the development team.
- Lead meetings with clients for requirement gathering, clarification, review, and project progress.
- Present system requirements, workflows, and proposed solutions to stakeholders.
- Perform functional testing to ensure the developed system meets approved requirements.
- Identify, document, and report application bugs, functional issues, and requirement gaps.
- Coordinate with developers to clarify requirements and follow up on reported issues.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify that delivered features meet business requirements.
- Manage requirement changes and ensure all agreed updates are properly documented and communicated.
