Job Description
- Analyze current market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Source and establish partnerships with new suppliers, including negotiating business agreements.
- Negotiate promotional campaigns and marketing activities with suppliers.
- Prepare and manage supplier partnership agreements and related documentation.
- Assist suppliers with operational requirements to ensure they are ready to sell their products.
- Supervise the loading and unloading process of supplier goods, while coordinating with the Warehouse and Event Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support suppliers in achieving their sales objectives.
- Serve as the Master of Ceremonies during promotional.
- Ensure product display areas and sales operations are well-organized and effectively managed.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities and ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor supplier product performance by identifying best-selling and slow-moving items, and propose promotional strategies to improve sales.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Responsible, honest, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Fast learner and willing to work in the field.
- Willing to work on weekends and on a shift basis during events; outside of event periods, working hours are Monday to Friday during regular office hours.
- Willing to travel and work outside the city as required.
