Cathy Milly is an emerging cooked cat food brand under Bumbu Kentang Studio and Zuumo. We are looking for a proactive and creative Junior Brand Manager to help develop our brand foundation, shape our marketing strategy, and drive early-stage brand growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building brands from the ground up, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and experimenting with new ways to reach and engage consumers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop Cathy Milly’s brand positioning, messaging, and overall brand strategy.
2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer research to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Develop and execute integrated marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
4. Build content strategies and creative briefs for social media and other marketing channels.
5. Explore and test marketing channels, audience segments, and campaign ideas within a lean budget.
6. Monitor marketing performance, evaluate KPIs, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
7. Collaborate with internal creative teams and external partners to bring marketing initiatives to life.

1. Experience or a strong portfolio in branding, marketing, or brand development.
2. Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
3. Creative, curious, and comfortable experimenting with new approaches.
4. Able to conduct research, analyze data, and make data-informed decisions.
5. Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team with evolving priorities.
6. Experience in pet brand is a plus.
