Position: Junior Baker
📍 Location: Kedoya Selatan, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat
🕒 Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Baker to join our production team at Stronghold Bakery. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods consistently, following our recipes and standards, while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment.
Requirements
Min 6 months of professional baking experience (bakery, hotel, restaurant, or similar production kitchen)
Solid understanding of baking fundamentals: dough handling, proofing, mixing, and oven management
Sourdough experience is a strong plus
Able to work in a physically active role — standing for extended periods, lifting ingredients/equipment, working in a hot kitchen environment
Able to work evening/night shifts (3 PM – 12 AM)
Detail-oriented, disciplined with hygiene & food safety standards
Able to work well in a team and follow production targets/SOPs
Willing to work on weekends/public holidays as per bakery operational schedule
Nice to Have
Experience with sourdough starter maintenance
