Schinder Law Firm is a fast-growing law firm providing comprehensive legal services to corporate clients, including multinational companies and foreign investors. We are currently seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, who is ready to take on dynamic challenges and deliver strategic legal solutions.
Requirement:
- Provide legal advice and handle matters for corporate clients, particularly foreign and multinational companies.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to civil law, commercial contracts, and corporate matters.
- Advise clients on taxation and financial aspects of business operations.
- Handle licensing, legal compliance, and corporate legal requirements in Indonesia.
- Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic, regulation-based legal solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law , preferably from a reputable university.
2. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal role.
3. Proven experience handling foreign/multinational clients.
4. Strong knowledge of:
* Civil Law & Contract Law
* Corporate Law
* Licensing & Legal Compliance in Indonesia
* Taxation and corporate finance aspects
5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Fluent in English & Mandarin (both written and spoken).
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
8. Licensed Advocate (PERADI)
9. Experience in cross-border transactions
10. Familiar with investment regulations (OSS/BKPM)
