We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Junior Application Support professional to join our team and support our growing customer base.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide 1st level application support to customers via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the product and development teams when necessary.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate new features before release.
- Create and maintain application documentation, functional specifications, and knowledge base articles.
- Write blog posts, release notes, and product-related content to promote and support our solutions.
- Assist customers in understanding and utilizing product features effectively.
- Collaborate with Development team to improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Application Support, Software Support, Product Support, Quality Assurance, or Business Analyst professional.
- Experience in customer-facing support for business applications or SaaS products.
- Willing to work onsite in Umbulharjo, Yogyakarta.
Skills & Knowledge
- Experience in Application Support is mandatory. Experience solely in IT Helpdesk or Infrastructure Support is not considered equivalent.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience performing software testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and software troubleshooting is a plus.
- Programming knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Curious, proactive, and fast learner.
