· Resolve user requests and application issues escalated from the helpdesk (first level support).
· Diagnose and resolve application problems efficiently and effectively.
· Assist in testing and validating fixes or new features before deployment.
· Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
· Document issues, resolution steps, and status updates in the ticketing system.
· Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix more complex bugs or issues.
· Monitor applications and systems to ensure optimal performance.
· Provide weekly reports on resolved issues and user requests.
