Will be placed on West Java (Karawang, Subang, Indramayu, Cirebon); Central Java (Demak, Kudus, Solo Raya, Yogyakarta, Klaten); or East Java (Ngawi, Madiun, Bojonegoro)
Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve individual sales targets through effective promotion of the company's agricultural products and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, retailers, and agricultural partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand farming challenges and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare sales forecasts and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Technical Consultation & Product Promotion
- Provide agronomic advice and technical recommendations to customers regarding crop management and product application.
- Conduct product demonstrations, field trials, and farmer meetings to showcase product performance.
- Deliver product presentations and technical training to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Assist customers in resolving crop-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure proper product usage in accordance with company recommendations and best agricultural practices.
Territory Management
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize market penetration and sales performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure high levels of after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate customer records, visit reports, and sales activities using CRM or company systems.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Collect market information, including customer needs, crop trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and activity reports.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding customer insights and market opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, field days, and agricultural events.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Agrotechnology, Agricultural Business, Business Management, Marketing, or other related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Technical Sales.
- Experience in the agriculture or agribusiness industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets of at least IDR 200 million.
- Experience managing B2B, distributor, dealer, or key account relationships is highly preferred.
- Experience in field sales with frequent customer visits is preferred.
