Qualifications :

Bachelor of Laws degree (preferred); graduates in Management or Business Administration are also welcome
Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, corporate services, or legal support
Domiciled in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali
Understanding of basic legal/corporate documents (deeds, licensing, RUPS documents)
A firm understanding of Indonesian Company Law
Experience in the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts/agreements
Fluent in English (speaking, writing & listening)
Detail-oriented
Able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines (multitasking)
Willing to support more than one company entity
