Position Overview :
Hepta Solutions is looking for a Junior Accounting Staff to support daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax administration, and client accounting work.
This position is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, honest, and willing to learn. Candidates with experience in **retail, restaurant, café, hospitality, or F&B accounting** will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
* Record daily financial transactions accurately.
* Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, bills, and supporting documents.
* Assist with bookkeeping for income, expenses, bank transactions, and petty cash.
* Perform bank reconciliation and transaction checking.
* Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
* Review sales reports from POS systems such as Moka, Majoo, Odoo, or similar platforms.
* Reconcile sales with cash, bank transfer, EDC, QRIS, GoFood, GrabFood, or other payment channels.
* Help classify transactions using the correct chart of accounts.
* Assist with tax-related document preparation, including VAT, withholding tax, and local tax when needed.
* Maintain proper filing of accounting and tax documents.
* Communicate with clients to request missing data or supporting documents.
* Support the senior accounting and tax team in daily accounting and compliance tasks.
Requirements :
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Minimum 1 year of accounting experience is preferred.
* Experience in retail, restaurant, café, hospitality, or F&B accounting is a strong advantage.
* Basic understanding of bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and financial reports.
* Basic knowledge of Indonesian tax is preferred.
* Able to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Familiarity with accounting software such as Odoo, Accurate, Jurnal, Xero, or similar tools is a plus.
* Detail-oriented, honest, organized, and willing to learn.
* Able to work with deadlines and handle multiple client files.
* Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
* Basic English is a plus.
