Deskripsi pekerjaan Junior Accounting ECGO EVMOTO
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Process and record daily financial transactions, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic bank reconciliations.
2. Manage petty cash, process vendor invoices, and handle employee reimbursement claims accurately.
3. Assist in preparing data and documentation for monthly financial closing and tax compliance (PPN and PPh).
4. Monitor accounts payable schedules to support timely payments to vendors and partners.
5. Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure an audit-ready filing system.
6. Support the FAT Manager and team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and routine accounting reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
2. Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply (minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or internal tax internship is an advantage).
3. Solid fundamental knowledge of basic accounting principles (PSAK), financial statements, and general ledger concepts.
4. Fluent in English, but Upper-Intermediate level is welcome to apply.
5. Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for financial data entry and simple calculations.
6. Familiarity or hands-on experience with accounting software like Accurate is a big plus.
7. Preferably available to join immediately.
8. Willing to work Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00) and Saturday half-day (09:00–13:00).
