Junior Accounting Specialist

INI Consulting is seeking highly capable and professional candidates to join our Accounting and Tax Service Team. The successful candidates will be involved in providing comprehensive accounting and tax services to clients, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, monthly and annual tax compliance, audit support, tax review, and tax consulting services.

This position is suitable for professionals who are able to understand clients’ accounting and tax issues, prepare reliable financial and tax information, support external audit processes, and assist in identifying practical solutions for tax compliance and advisory matters.

Junior Accounting Specialist

Main Responsibilities

 Perform bookkeeping and maintain client accounting records

 Prepare monthly financial reports

 Assist in preparing financial statements

 Handle bank reconciliation and account reconciliation

 Review accounting documents and transaction records

 Support annual reporting, audit preparation, and tax-related schedules

 Coordinate with clients to collect accounting data and supporting documents

Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

 Fresh graduates or junior candidates are welcome to apply

 Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn

 Good understanding of basic accounting principles

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

 CPA certification, CPA candidate, or public accounting background is an advantage

 Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

 Smart, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about accounting work

 Able to work with multiple clients and meet deadlines

 Experience handling Korean company clients is an advantage but not mandatory
