Key Responsibilities
• Operations: Manage daily journal entries, AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports (FAT), budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure alignment with accounting standards and tax regulations; coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
Key Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of accounting experience (preferably in trading, manufacturing, or similar industries).
• Technical Skills: Strong grasp of general ledger, financial reporting, month-end closing, Excel, and accounting systems.
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently to meet strict deadlines.
