- JOB DESCRIPTION – JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
1. Key Responsibilities
* Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
* Review invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
* Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
* Perform bank and account reconciliations.
* Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
* Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
* Support monthly and year-end closing processes.
* Assist with internal and external audits.
* Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
2. Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
* Placement: Central Jakarta.
* Candidates with relevant accounting experience are preferred.
* Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
* Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Accuracy and reliability of financial records.
* Timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
* Accuracy and timely completion of account reconciliations.
* Proper organization, documentation, and filing of financial records.
