Business Hub Asia is looking for a proactive Junior Accounting & Tax Specialist to join our team in Semarang. In this role, you won't just be doing internal bookkeeping, you will act as the trusted financial partner for our external clients. You will manage day-to-day financial administration while actively collaborating with our consulting team to support presale client inquiries and help close deals.

Responsibilities
- Client Financial Management: Handle accounting, bookkeeping, and financial administrative activities for multiple BHA clients.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing accurate monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and basic financial analysis for client review.
- Compliance Support: Help prepare data for tax reporting and ensure client financial activities align with local Indonesian financial regulations.
- Presale & Consultant Support: Assist the consulting team in closing deals by joining client meetings and providing expert financial advice on complex client inquiries.
- Client Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact for routine client financial inquiries, providing clear and professional updates.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (D3/D4) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Junior / Entry-Level. Open to passionate fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to learn.
- Technical Skills: * Basic understanding of PSAK (Indonesian accounting standards) and local tax regulations (e.g., PPh, PPN).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, Accurate, Jurnal) is highly advantageous.
