Deskripsi pekerjaan Junior Accounting & Tax Project Officer TMP Consulting
Job Descriptions :
- Work with the Senior Project Officer on execution for client projects (e.g., backdated projects, Accounting System Setup, etc.).
- Review and validate the accuracy of data and preliminary reports before further processing.
- Actively research, test, and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool solutions to automate and optimize project workflows.
- Conduct routine onsite visits to client offices for coordination, service support, and gathering project requirements.
- Assist the team with cloud accounting software setups and implementations for clients.
Qualifications :
- Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation or other related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounting & Tax, preferably within the fashion retail industry
- Solid understanding of the full accounting cycle, financial statements, and fundamental Indonesian tax regulations.
- Strong curiosity and passion for technology, with a proactive approach to researching AI tools and software to enhance work efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level) & Google Workspace. Familiarity with SAP and cloud accounting software (Xero, Syft, or Jurnal.id) is a major plus.
- Willing and flexible to make routine onsite client visits with proactive, confident communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and multitasking skills, high professional ethics, and a continuous learning mindset.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
