Summary
Sanmata Advisory is a Denpasar-based consultancy that keeps its clients' accounting, tax, payroll and BPJS in order every month, working with businesses across several industries.
As Junior Accountant, you will get hands-on experience with the full monthly compliance cycle, from collecting client data to filing taxes and archiving records. You'll work directly with the senior team and learn how real client work is done, not just the theory. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Description
- Contact clients at the start of each month and collect their monthly data
- Update employee data in the BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan portals and create the monthly billing
- Finalise financial statements, tax calculations and tax billing in the first half of the month
- Review mid-month that all client taxes have been reported correctly and on time
- Prepare client payroll calculations at month end
- Organise all financial and tax records in each client's Drive folder
- Send the monthly tax archive to clients
- Check each client's Coretax account for STP (Surat Tagihan Pajak) or other issues
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation
- Basic understanding of Indonesian tax (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN) and BPJS
- Comfortable with Excel; familiarity with Coretax is a plus
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to work to monthly deadlines
- Good communication in English
