We are looking for a female candidate who can manage all tax-related matters.
You will be responsible for all accounting activities, including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, quarterly/year-end audit preparation, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
Additionally, you will be required to apply appropriate financial reporting standards, practices, and procedures to ensure the accurate and timely presentation of financial statements and other reports.
- Manage full sets of accounts for the assigned group of companies, including consolidated accounts.
- Prepare monthly balance sheets and supporting schedules.
- Review and monitor all financial and costing aspects, including debtors, creditors, and inter-company transactions.
- Prepare and input the company’s tax reports (Withholding Tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes).
- Liaise with tax consultants and handle tax queries from the Tax Office.
- Improve the accounting system and participate in system implementation or upgrades.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including statutory boards, on financial matters.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial systems management, budgeting, financial reporting, data analysis, auditing, and taxation
- Tax Brevet A & B certification
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in financial and accounting software (e.g., Accurate) and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
