Deskripsi pekerjaan Junior Account Manager PT eNetwoQ ServIT Indonesia

Requirement:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as marketing, business management, or related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
  2. Internship or work experience in sales, training, consulting, or outsourcing will be an added value.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients as well as internal teams.
  4. Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  5. Understand the basics of training management, consulting, or outsourcing.
  6. Master office tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  7. Analytical skills to understand client needs and provide relevant solutions.
  8. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.
  9. Oriented to targets and results.
  10. Able to work under pressure and manage priorities.
  11. Understand training, consulting, and outsourcing industry trends.

Job Description:

  1. Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
  2. Understand client needs regarding training, consulting, or outsourcing services.
  3. Provide recommendations for solutions that suit client needs.
  4. Achieve sales targets for training, consulting, and outsourcing services.
  5. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract potential clients.
  6. Working with training teams, consultants, and outsourcing to ensure project implementation runs smoothly.
  7. Ensure all client requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  8. Prepare regular account performance reports.
  9. Evaluating client satisfaction and providing input for service improvement.
  10. Continuously study training, consulting, and outsourcing industry trends.
