Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as marketing, business management, or related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
- Internship or work experience in sales, training, consulting, or outsourcing will be an added value.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients as well as internal teams.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Understand the basics of training management, consulting, or outsourcing.
- Master office tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Analytical skills to understand client needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team.
- Oriented to targets and results.
- Able to work under pressure and manage priorities.
- Understand training, consulting, and outsourcing industry trends.
Job Description:
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs regarding training, consulting, or outsourcing services.
- Provide recommendations for solutions that suit client needs.
- Achieve sales targets for training, consulting, and outsourcing services.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract potential clients.
- Working with training teams, consultants, and outsourcing to ensure project implementation runs smoothly.
- Ensure all client requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare regular account performance reports.
- Evaluating client satisfaction and providing input for service improvement.
- Continuously study training, consulting, and outsourcing industry trends.
