Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR administrative tasks (contacting candidate, employee records, payment)
- Support general affairs operations, including inventories, office management and events
- Help with employee engagement programs and company activities
- Maintain and update HR documents
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (senior students)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar/ Meeting, Slides, etc.)
