Job Description:
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including journal entries, bank reconciliation, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support monthly closing processes and tax filing activities.
- Record petty cash transactions and monitor bank inflows/outflows.
- Update payment and invoice schedules.
- Provide administrative and reporting support to the Finance & Accounting team.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate in Financial Management or Accounting, or candidates with relevant work experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles (debit/credit, chart of accounts).
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate or similar).
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively.
- Willing to learn, able to work in a team, and possess good communication skills.
- Having a Tax Brevet is a plus point.
- Preferably domiciled in Central Java or Yogyakarta.
