Job Description
- Support digital marketing activities to generate leads and support the Business Development team.
- Assist in managing website content, conducting keyword research, and implementing basic SEO improvements.
- Support the execution and monitoring of digital campaigns, including paid ads, based on approved plans, priorities, and budgets.
- Monitor website, campaign, and lead-generation performance; prepare basic reports and support optimization based on data and guidance.
- Support content creation and distribution for the website and social media.
- Create simple visual marketing materials using Canva.
- Support lead-generation activities and prepare marketing materials for Business Development; Business Development remains responsible for project discussions and closing.
- Support CRM and email marketing activities, including audience segmentation and campaign administration.
- Monitor relevant social media trends and support content adjustments.
- Organize digital assets, including copy, images, and campaign links.
- Coordinate assigned marketing information and materials with relevant teams.
Job Requirements
- Minimum D3/D4/S1 in Marketing, Communication, Business, Management, or a related field. Other majors with relevant digital marketing experience or training are welcome.
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of SEO, website management, digital campaigns, content marketing, social media, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
- Familiar with GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, LinkedIn, CMS/website platforms, and Google Workspace.
- Able to understand marketing data, prepare simple reports, and create simple visual content using Canva.
- Good research, communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, CRM, email marketing, and SEO tools is a plus.
