About the Role
Good ideas don’t happen by accident. They start with curious people. If you love asking “what if?”, sharing bold ideas, and bringing them to life through visuals and copy, you’ll fit right in. You’ll work alongside experienced creatives to learn, explore, and craft campaigns for some of the most loved brands across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
(1) Turn good reasons into great ideas from brainstorming to execution.
(2) Create key visuals, copywriting, storyboards, design materials, and presentation decks.
(3) Develop creative concepts.
(4) Support campaign development across digital, social, and activation projects.
(5) Present ideas confidently to clients and internal teams.
(6) Collaborate with creatives, editors, project managers, and production partners
(7) Support productions, from photoshoots to video productions.
(8) Stay curious, keep exploring, and never stop learning.
What We’re Looking For
(1) 1–2 years of experience in a creative agency (fresh graduates are also welcome).
(2) A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Creative, Visual Design, or a related field.
(3) A good eye for visuals, music, art, culture, and everything in between.
(4) Comfortable using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI tools like
Midjourney, Runway, and ChatGPT.
(5) Experience creating key visuals, storyboards, and campaign ideas.
(6) Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow as a creative.
