Required language(s): English, Mandarin At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Management, Business, Consulting, Sales, Business Development, Partnership Preferably CEO/GM/Director/Senior Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Work with Country Director and other leaders to develop and execute a short, medium, and long-term country plan for Indonesia in-line with Tencent’s overall strategy Job Responsibilities: Directly oversee JOOX’s revenue and content operations Evaluate strategic investments for Tencent and JOOX in the country Set the strategy for the content team, working with the head of content to ensure JOOX’s has best in class experience for our users Build partnerships that reinforce our content strategy and drive revenue for JOOX business Recruit, manage and develop an excellent local team Develop good working relationships with relevant government authorities and regulatory parties Act as a spokesperson representing company and products in Indonesia. Recognized as the thought leader in the digital segments that Tencent products target in Indonesia.
