Key responsibilities for the Brazillian Jiu Jitsu Coach at Lago Bali include leading classes that cater to varying skill levels, ensuring all participants feel safe and comfortable, maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere during sessions, and providing constructive feedback to help students improve their techniques. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to foster a supportive community among students, ensuring a seamless learning experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping abreast of the latest developments in Jiu Jitsu, and for developing and implementing new training programs to challenge and inspire our members.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following qualifications: A minimum of an Associate Degree, with 1 to 3 years of experience in coaching or teaching martial arts. You should excel in customer service, teamwork, classroom management, and communication skills. Passion for Brazillian Jiu Jitsu and a genuine interest in sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm with others are essential.
