Job Description:
- Managing design end to end process
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, materials and techniques, and seeking design inspiration
- Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts
- Ensuring product is in agreement with business strategy
- Reviewing product for style and fit during presentation
- Presenting story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers
Requirements:
- A degree in jewelry, metals, industrial design or fine arts and 2+ years of experience
- A passion for jewelry accompanied by a strong sense of creativity, aesthetic sensitivity
- Strong knowledge of gemology as well as jewelry manufacturing and techniques
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings to appropriately monitor development in conjunction with the workshop
- A strong work ethic with passion, curiosity, humility and a willingness and desire to work in a collaborative environtment
- Willing to work in Bintaro, South Tangerang
