Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend services using Java (17+) and Spring Boot.
Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs for system integration.
Implement and maintain microservices-based architecture.
Work with databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle for data management and optimization.
Integrate messaging systems such as Kafka for event-driven architecture.
Utilize Redis for caching and performance improvement.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Handle and remediate issues identified during security testing / penetration testing (Pentest).
Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical improvements.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance and scalability.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Backend Developer.
Strong experience in Java (17 or above) and Spring Boot.
Experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or Oracle database.
Experience using Redis for caching.
Familiar with Kafka or other message broker systems.
Understanding of microservices architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and deployment pipelines.
Experience in handling findings from security testing / penetration testing.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
