DEFINITION :
We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable backend microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Quarkus, optimizing database queries while ensuring clean architecture and solid testing standards. This opportunity is ideal for experienced developers with 3–5+ years of hands-on expertise, preferably within the insurance domain, who are ready to deliver high-performance enterprise solutions in a collaborative project environment.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Develop, design, and maintain backend applications using Java, Quarkus, and Microservices architecture.
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate applications with external systems.
- Implement ORM using Hibernate/Panache, manage database transactions, and optimize query performance.
- Apply Java Annotations, Dependency Injection, Design Patterns, and Clean Code principles.
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, and support deployments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum 3–5 years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Java and Quarkus Framework.
- Solid understanding of Microservices architecture, MVC, Layered Architecture, Hibernate/Panache, and Dependency Injection.
- Proficient in RESTful API development and integrating backend applications with external systems.
- Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, query optimization, and transaction management.
- Experienced in software testing (Unit, Integration, E2E) and Git workflows, with Docker/Kubernetes experience as a plus.
- Prior experience in the insurance domain (life/health platforms) is highly preferred.
