Java Backend Developer / Kafka Developer

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related field — Mandatory
Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
Strong programming skills in Java
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
Good knowledge and practical experience with Redis
Strong understanding and experience in Microservices Architecture
Experience developing and maintaining scalable backend applications
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java
Develop and integrate microservices
Implement and maintain data/event processing using Kafka
Utilize Redis for caching and high-performance data processing
Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve application performance
Collaborate with other developers, QA, and business teams to deliver reliable solutions
