Key Responsibilities:
• Translate documents from Japanese to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa
• Provide interpretation support during meetings, discussions, and daily communication
• Assist communication between Japanese expatriates and local employees
• Support administrative and operational activities related to Japanese-speaking teams
• Ensure accurate and culturally appropriate translations and interpretations
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth business operations
• Handle confidential information professionally and responsibly
Requirements:
• 25–35 years old
• Minimum JLPT N2 certification or equivalent
• Experienced as Japanese Translator/Interpreter is preferred
• Fluent in Japanese and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written
• Able to communicate professionally in Japanese
• Experienced in handling translation documents and verbal interpretation
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work professionally
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to drive and possess a valid driving license (SIM) will be a plus point
