Qualifications:
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent)
- Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or higher
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Willing to be placed in Medan
Responsibilities:
- Verify and review visa applications, supporting documents, and forms
- Coordinate with the Japanese Embassy/Consulate and relevant authorities for visa processing
- Serve as the main contact for Japanese-speaking clients
- Provide accurate information on visa requirements, processing times, and fees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visa applications
- Prepare reports on visa processing status as required
- Communicate with external stakeholders, including the Japanese Embassy and clients
- Translate documents and communications between Japanese and English as needed
