PT Surala Suluh Karsa (SSK) in collaboration with Surala Net Japan is expanding its Japanese e-learning program and seeking a passionate Japanese Marketing Staff to join our team.
This position offers a great opportunity to work in an international environment and contribute to education technology projects that strengthen students’ language and learning skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communication, or Education preferred)
- Min. 2 years of marketing experience (education/service industry is a plus)
- Japanese proficiency JLPT N4+ and good English skills
- Experience in B2B marketing preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Creative, proactive, confident, and idea-driven
- Familiar with MS Office and digital tools
- Goal-oriented, independent, and responsible
- Willing to travel when required
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential students, schools, and institutions
- Analyze market trends and competitors to support marketing strategies
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for the Japanese e-learning program
- Participate in webinars, education fairs, and school/company presentations
- Improve digital visibility and brand reach
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional partners (B2B)
- Collaborate with Japanese team members and management
- Collect feedback for continuous service improvement
- Prepare regular marketing and performance reports
