QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language Education, Japanese Literature or a related field.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Japanese and Indonesian, having N2 or N3 certificate
- Experience in desigining and managing Japanese Language Curriculum and Course Program
- Possession of a Japanese Language porficiency certification wil be an advantage
- Strong management and coordination skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with teaching staff and administration
- Willing to be placed in Bangli or Karangasem, if required by the institution
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate classroom activites that enhance student’s speaking, listening, reading, and writing competencies
- Design structured and practical lesson plans that support student’s readiness for hospitality and internasional workplace environments
- Assess student learning progress through constructive feedback, in-class activities and periodic evaluations
- Support students in preparing for Japanese Language proficiency certifications (e.g., JLPT) and workplace communication standars
