What You’ll Do
- Teach beginner-level Japanese to CPMI preparing to work in Japan
- Provide basic communication training for working in Japan
- Prepare teaching materials and lesson plans
- Monitor and manage students’ learning progress
- Help students reach JLPT N5 – N4/JFT A2 level
What We’re Looking For
- High school graduate (Previous experience in teaching or living/working in Japan (Ex-Kenshusei/Tokutei Ginou are welcome to apply)
or D3/ S1 graduate Major Japanese Language/Japanese Literature
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience as a Japanese language teacher
- Experience teaching beginner-level Japanese learners
- Deep understanding of Japanese work culture and ethics
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Minimum JLPT N3 with strong speaking ability
- Communicative, creative, initiative, and responsible
- Able to relocate our group LPK Akira Global Andalan Northwest Boulevard Blok NV-12 No. 09, Kec. Pakal, Surabaya
